What technology does it use?
There are three key technologies used:
 
1. Optical quartz crystal which draws out impurities from the body. It amplifies the energy and heat generated by the device and strengthens the auric field. It mimics 1/40 of sunlight.
 
2. Quantum energy. This is based on the principle of resonance and balance. Quantum energy generates scalar energy (healing energy) to balance the system and penetrates to the subatomic level.
 
3. Terahertz frequency resonates with our cells thus activating healthy and dormant cells while eliminating mutating and free radical cells in the process. This allows all our cells to function optimally. It is often referred to as "the wave of life". Japanese scientists refer to it as the "light of life"
 
The wand generates the same frequency as normal cells. It activates our cells and helps to optimize our cells.
 
The crystal energy tube generates and directs the terahertz frequencies. The motor heats and amplifies, then directs the frequencies through the quartz crystal tube.
Why is the charged water so important?
It is recommended to use the wand to charge your water. The water is the receiver of the terahertz frequency, the wand is the transmitter, if you want to fully receive the frequency, follow the guidelines and drink the water before, during and after each session.

Is it safe?
According to the distributor, PRIFE International, the iTeracare wands have passed all safety tests – they have zero radiation, no electro-magnetic radiation and human clinical trials have been successfully completed.
Is there a warranty?
The company offers a 12 month warranty, excluding the wand being dropped or misused. It's internal technology is fragile and care is needed.
 
How is it different to a hairdryer?
Hairdryers emit EMFs and thermal radiation. The iTeraCare wands have been certified as safe and free of harmful radiation.
 
The wands have a crystal tube inside which creates the magic. You can use the wands to blowdry your hair instead of a hairdryer.

Pro & Classic - What is the difference?
The Classic is for personal use. It needs to cool down between uses and is not suitable for use all day as would occur in a professional setting. It penetrates 7-11 inches, 50 hz, 800 watts and has 3 modes (low, high and high with heat), runs for 45 minutes without a break.
 
 

The PRO wand is slightly bigger and much stronger. It works faster and more softly. You don't need to let it cool down between uses as it has a cooling fan.

How does the wand work?
All 3 settings generate Terahertz and Quantum Scalar waves.
 
Use the high heat setting to your own comfort level. High heat can therapeutically warm the skin, muscles, blood, and bones and facilitates self-healing.
 
Use the cooler/slower settings around your head and when charging water from above in a glass.
Does it have a detox effect?
Many people do experience detox effects, as the old, unwell cells are dying off and must be expelled from the body.
 
Minimise the impact by:
Drinking plenty of high quality water, so that urine is light - barely yellow.

Your lymphatic system requires water and movement. Long walks or a mini rebounder are great.

Use the iTera wand 2-3 times a day for up to 15 minutes each time. Skin is your largest detox mechanism - if it's breaking out or itchy, the kidneys, bladder, liver and bowels need cleansing.
 
Eat lightly and plenty of fresh food (rather than processed).

Support your body with homeopathic or other remedies for detoxing.

Sunshine and bare feet on the earth is helpful too!

Are there any contraindications?
First time users might experience pain, itchiness, constipation or rapid digestive release, light fever or blisters, depending on your body. These are normal effects of beginning to clear the pathways in the body. 
 
If you have a reaction, go back to only drinking the charged water for a few days. Our bodies have been functioning at less than peak performance for a long time. It's a kindness to give them time to adapt!
 
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
a. Do not use on open wounds.
b. Do not blow on any piercings, jewelry, fillings, bridges or any metals as they will heat up.
c. Do not blow on any implants. Metal or otherwise
d. Avoid if you are menstruating or pregnant due to increase in blood flow.
e. Avoid blowing on the heart or thoracic spine if known cardiac issues. You can blow on other areas, just avoid the heart area.
f. Take out contact lenses if you are working on the face.
g. Avoid for 48 hours after a major surgery. This allows the would to heal a bit.
h. If you have high blood pressure, do not blow on top of the head.
