As these events are limited to 8 magical people, the following cancellation policy applies.
CANCELLATION BY CIRCUMSTANCE:
If affected by government mandates, we may need to postpone an event. Please ensure you have travel insurance if you are not local. If an event is postponed by circumstances beyond our control, you will have the choice of a refund or applying a credit to a future event (for use within 3 months).
CANCELLATION BY ATTENDEE:
Cancellation 72 hours or less before the event - no refund unless there is a waiting list for that event and your space can be filled. A $70 admin/materials fee will be applied, or you may choose to apply the ticket to a future event IF your space can be filled via the waitlist.
Cancellation more than 72 hours before the event - 40% refund (included admin fee).
Cancellation more than two weeks before the event - full refund less $40 admin fee.
